The past week has been a tough one for many so I’d like to start this message by sending my best wishes to you and your family. Wherever you are in the world, I hope you are all safe and well.
Here at Frankli, our priority is in protecting our people, our customers and the wider community as a whole. While we have always had some of our people working remotely, we, like many of you, have our entire team working from home for the first time over the last few weeks in line with Covid-19 precautionary measures. Thankfully, the transition has been smooth, we have what we need as a company to keep going, and we want to assure our customers it’s very much business as usual here at Frankli.
As always, our team is online and here to help you with any queries you may have as many of you adjust to managing remote working teams. Whatever your situation, we continue to review and plan for different scenarios that might arise over the coming weeks and months. In doing so, we can adapt and evolve our overall service to best support you throughout this period.
