Frankli – Our Digital Presence Grows as We Do

Today marks the launch of our new website. The reasons for redevelopment are simple. Firstly, like any business, the Frankli website is a window into our company and product. Secondly, there is nothing stagnant about business; it’s a dynamic world. If you aren’t leading the way, you are trying to keep up but regardless of which direction you are going, everyone is moving, growing, adapting and changing – and we are no exception.

We started our journey in 2017, but our intention was always to keep communicating with our customers, listening to their needs and working towards meeting them as much as possible. We are leading the way in the sector with our employee-led engagement platform which is evident in our client’s experience. One example is a client whose entire team work remotely. Frankli has allowed them to enjoy all the benefits of being in the one space; without them physically having to be. Bringing teams together to receive reward and recognition in real-time is the kind of practice that strengthens company morale as well as productivity.

For another company, we have moved them from paper-based operations to digital. There is not only a cost-effective return for the client but an environmentally friendly one. This also helped create a transparent structure to align their goals and do this in a consistent and constructive way for their company.
